PAYMENTS
        Bloom and Snow accepts the following forms of payment:
       Paypal / Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express 
SHIPPING & HANDLING
US ORDERS
Domestic orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 2-4 business days. All orders placed Saturday thru Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
*Our business days for shipping are considered Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

                                                      International Shipping

Shipping method for international orders go through USPS. Shipping to Canada is $28 flat rate per order in fall/winter due to bulkier packages, and $15 in the spring/summer. Customers are responsible for all custom duties/taxes. All other international order, please email us at info@bloomandsnow.com for a quote.


Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

All International Destinations: Shipping may be unavailable in some countries. International shipping usually requires 10 to 15 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped via insured USPS International Priority. Customs and Duties are due on delivery and paid to carrier. Bloom and Snow is not responsible for International dues, fees, taxes, customs or duties charged to your shipment. Free shipping codes MAY NOT be used on International shipping. We will email for your shipping payment if a coupon code is used on an Internationally shipped order.
Undeliverable Packages
*Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyers expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable*

Returns:

Customer service is a priority at Bloom and Snow and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 7 days (from day mail is received) for store credit, less shipping costs. Bloom and Snow is not responsible for returns. Postage fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke smell will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 7 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
* Final sale, promotional, accessories & scarves may not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)

Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us at info@bloomandsnow.com so that we can send you a replacement item and include a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item. 
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment. We will be more than happy to give you an exchange for any item in the following condition:
*Has the tags attached. (We cannot guarantee availability in stock.)
*Has not been washed or worn.
*Is not a sale item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If any previously purchased merchandise is marked down within three (3) days of your original order date, Bloom and Snow will adjust the price of an item, once. To receive a price adjustment, email info@bloomandsnow.com. Please include your original order number with your request. Any refunds will be applied to your original form of payment only.
